The coverage check at /coverage-check is the Territory analysis with no questions and no sign-up: one file in, the report on the same page. It exists so a manager can see the number before deciding whether to talk to anyone.

- 3Read the reportThe headline is the work at your own customers with none of your jobs at the address, in your dollars, with the share assumption stated under it. Then: accounts read, found on permits, builders active here, jobs in the last 12 months; the map; your accounts busiest first; the builders here not on your list, ranked by your share of their work; and your territory ranked by zone.

Adding an email gets you a link back to it and the interactive version: the full gap list rather than the top fifteen, every zone rather than six, the chat, drill-through to the permits, and the share editor. What happens to your file
- Deleted, not stored. The file is read and then discarded. The account names it contained stay in the report you were shown.
- Nobody at BuildMapper browses it. It is never shown to another company, never mixed into a shared pool of data, and never sold.
- Only twelve rows leave. The first twelve rows go to the model that reads your column headings, under terms that forbid training on them. The rest is processed by BuildMapper's own code.
- One column is all it needs. Names. An address column adds the leak per address; a rep column adds a tab per rep.
Can it tell me who my competitors supplied?
No, and anyone who says they can is guessing. A permit names the builder, never the supplier. The report tells you which jobs you were not on, not who was.
Why does the number differ from the full Territory page?
The free check uses a blended share assumption for a no-questions run. In the app you set your product lines and your own share, and every figure recalculates. It is the same analysis engine either way; there is one, not two.
How current is it?
New permits land every Monday, and the report covers the last 12 months.
