Your reps. Their week. One page.

The manager's page, in four tabs. How every rep is doing, this week's new permits already routed to the right person, who takes what and where, and who owns which builder. No spreadsheet on Monday morning.

The four tabs

Everything a branch manager asks on Monday, answered in one place.

Performance is the default, because it is the page managers already know. The other three run the week. Every number comes from the same engine as your reps' pipelines, so the two can never disagree.

01 · Performance

Know who's closing, and what's stuck.

Every drag and drop on every rep's board rolls up here. Active leads, open pipeline, won value and win rate at a glance, a throughput chart by stage, and every rep's funnel side by side. Filter to one rep, or look at the whole branch.

  • KPI cards: active leads, open pipeline, won value, win rate
  • Pipeline throughput by stage over 30 days, 90 days or 6 months
  • By rep: funnel, active and won counts, win rate and won value, side by side
  • What changed this week: saves, stage moves, wins, notes, assignments, emails
  • Stale leads: anything active and untouched for 14 days, with the rep and the stage
  • Ask about your team: a chat that answers from the same numbers

01 · Performance, continued

Nudge the rep. Or just ask.

The bottom of Performance is where the week's problems surface. Stale leads list every active lead nobody has touched in two weeks, with the rep and the stage, one click from the project. Under it, a chat over your team's numbers.

  • "Who's stuck this week?"
  • "Compare win rates across reps"
  • "Who needs more leads?"
  • "How many leads moved to won this month?"

02 · This week

Leads sorted by rep, before anyone opens a spreadsheet.

Every Monday, the new permits inside your territory arrive as one batch, already grouped by the rep who should work each one. The strip at the top names what fed the week and what still needs you. Below it, one card per rep, with the routing reason on every lead.

  • What feeds this page: permits, territory, customer list, reps and integrations, each with its live state and the one action it needs
  • One week = one Monday import. Step back to a week you skipped; its leads wait until you assign them
  • Per-rep groups with the reason on every row: their account, their zone, worked them before, rotation
  • Change any rep from the dropdown. Assign one lead, a ticked selection, a rep's whole group, or the whole week
  • Leads a teammate already holds show inside that rep's group with the pipeline stage, never assigned twice
  • Reps are notified and each lead lands on their pipeline at New

How the week runs

New permits Monday. Reps calling builders by Monday.

01
Monday's permits land
Every new permit inside your territory arrives as one batch. The inputs strip shows what fed it: permits, territory, customer list, reps, integrations.
02
Each one is routed
Account owner first, then your file, then builder history, then zone, then rotation. Every lead shows which rule picked its rep.
03
You approve the week
Change any rep from the dropdown. Assign one lead, a ticked selection, a rep's whole group, or everything at once.
04
Reps get their leads
Each lead lands on the rep's pipeline at New and they get notified. On Pro, Scout texts them who to call first.
05
Performance shows the result
Saves, stage moves, wins and emails roll up by rep. Every won job teaches the scoring, so next week's list is better.
03 · Routing

Who takes what, and why.

Routing is where you tell BuildMapper how your branch works: which reps take leads, which zones are theirs, how the rest is shared. The rep names in your customer file get linked to real teammates here, so “D. Whitfield” in the spreadsheet is Dana on the board.

  • Which teammates take leads, and who is on the bench
  • Each rep's zones: the same zones Territory Intelligence shows
  • Rotation share for the leads nobody owns
  • Rep names in your customer file, linked to the teammate each belongs to
  • Zone overlaps called out, so two reps never claim the same street
Leads route in this order
  1. 1
The rep who owns the account
From the Accounts tab, or the rep names in your customer file.
  2. 2
    The rep your file names
Your customer list says who looks after them. That name is linked to a teammate in Routing.
  3. 3
The rep who has worked that builder
Two or more past leads on their pipeline. Labeled as history, and one tap makes the account theirs for real.
  4. 4
The rep whose zone the site is in
The same zones Territory Intelligence shows. Unclaimed zones are called out, with a Claim button.
  5. 5
    Rotation
Spread across active reps by share, lightest load first. Only when nothing above applies.

04 · Accounts

One builder, one rep.

Accounts is the branch's ownership map. Which companies each rep owns, and, above it, every builder that two reps are working at once. Pick an owner and the other reps' leads move to them. From then on that builder's new permits route to its owner first on the This week tab.

  • Duplicate outreach risk: companies more than one rep is working, with each rep's leads
  • Open a company to see its projects, pick an owner, and move the other reps' leads
  • Account ownership: which companies each rep owns and how many projects
  • Ownership is what This week routes on first. Builder history is only a hint until you promote it
  • Ownership also shows on the project page and the map, so a rep sees whose account it is before they call

Manage team & roles

Invite the crew. Set who does what.

The button at the top of the Team page opens your roster in Settings. Invite by email or share a join code, change a role in one click, and remove someone when they leave. Every teammate is a full Pro seat, Scout included, added to your subscription as they accept.

  • Invite by email, with an accept link, or share a join code with the whole branch
  • Change a member to a manager, or back, from the roster
  • Removing a member releases their seat and keeps their leads on the team
  • The Team page works on a phone: Performance, This week and Routing
Owner
Creates the team and holds the subscription. Invites reps and managers, sets roles, removes members.
Manager
Sees the Team page: every rep's board, this week's batch, routing and accounts. Assigns and reassigns leads.
Member
A rep. Works their own pipeline and accounts, gets the leads routed to them, and Scout on their phone on Pro.
