The map shows every active permit in your area, scored 0–100 against your profile. Pin colours match the tier, so you can read it at a glance before you tap anything:
| Tier | Score | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Hot | 70+ | Your trade is up, it is in your area, and it is fresh. Call today. |
| Warm | 40–69 | Good fit with one gap: timing, distance, or no relationship yet. |
| Prospect | 14–39 | A real project, but a weak fit today. Worth a look when your pipeline is quiet. |
| Watch | under 14 | On the radar. It may become a fit later as the project moves along. |
Stack your filters
- 1Start from scoreFilter by score tier: show only Hot, or Hot and Warm, and everything below drops off the map. Start wide and tighten to Hot only as you get to know your area.
- 2Add value and typeSet a value range and pick project types. A $40K reno and a $4M build are different businesses. Filter to the one you staff for and the noise disappears.
- 3Narrow by placePick one or more Cities to focus on a patch you are working. The list only shows cities that are on the map right now, so it stays useful. Chasing one builder? Star them and their new permits come to you through the Watchlist.
- 4One-tap shortcutsTop Scored, Added this Week, and In Pipeline are one-tap shortcuts for the views you use every day. Turn one on instead of rebuilding the filter each time.
What is free and what costs a view
Every permit's score, project type, value range, area, and age is free to see, across your whole area, on the map and in the table. Opening a project's full record (street address, builder name, verified contacts) spends one view and keeps that project open for your account forever.
