Scout on your phone: the morning brief

Connect Scout to your number and the day's leads arrive by text with the message already written. You send it. Reply in plain words and the pipeline keeps up.

Scout in the app answers questions. Scout on your phone comes to you: a text in the morning with the leads to work today, in order, with the reason on each and a draft you can send from your own phone. It is part of Pro, and every seat gets its own.

One rule

Scout never messages a customer. You are always the sender. It writes the pitch in the branch's words; you read it, change a word if you like, and send it from your phone. Scout logs that it went and reminds you when to follow up.

What a day looks like

WhenWhat happens
8:00 AMThe brief arrives: the leads to work today, in order, each with its reason and a drafted first message.
8:04 AMYou read the draft, change a word, send it from your own phone. Scout logs it on the lead.
11:40 AMYou text quoted them 24k. The card moves to Quoted, the $24,000 is recorded, and a follow-up is set.
4:45 PMYou text won it. The card moves to Won, the pipeline updates, and next Monday's list learns from it.

Follow-ups run on Scout's cadence (day 7, day 21, day 45) unless you say otherwise. Photos, voice notes and plan sets can go in the same chat. A note you text is kept as context and never moves a card's stage on its own; a stage only changes when you say it did.

NoteLeads assigned to you on Monday reach Scout at its next brief, not as a separate text the moment your manager clicks Assign. Anything you already emailed from BuildMapper is known to Scout, so it does not pitch the same builder twice.
