Read a project the way a closer does

Behind every pin is a full project record. How to read it in ten seconds and act without leaving the panel.

This guide is hands-on. Follow along in the app.
A free trial takes two minutes: 25 project views or 14 days, whichever comes first. No card.
  1. 1
    Scan the header
Address, city, project type, permit class, status, value, units, floors, and the builder. The shape of the job at a glance, before you decide it is worth more time.
  2. 2
    Open the score breakdown
Expand the fit score to see all five groups and nine factors, each with what it earned out of its max and a one-line why. That is how you tell a timing-driven 72 from a relationship-driven 72, and how you decide your angle.
  3. 3
    Check Reachability first
The Reachability line tells you how good the contact details are before you sink time into chasing them. If it is thin, Find phone looks for better ones.
  4. 4
    Act from the panel
Add to pipeline drops a card in your New column, Draft email opens Scout's drafter, and the builder's name opens everything else they have pulled, all without leaving the project.
  5. 5
    Qualify by the builder
A builder's other permits are the fastest qualifier you have. One is a maybe; five in a quarter is an account worth a relationship, and on a team it is one somebody should own.
NoteOpening a project's full record spends one view on the trial and on Starter; on Pro views are unlimited. A project anyone on the team has opened stays open for everyone.
