- 2Pick the momentFrom any lead, Draft email opens six templates: First contact, Follow up to meet, Follow up on quote, Confirm project start, Check-in, and Thank you. Scout drafts in that voice, with the project's details worked in.
- 3Steer itAdd a line of context (mention we did their neighbour's re-roof, we stock the same window line the plans call for) and it is worked in. Off tone? Re-draft.
- 4Send it yourselfBold, italic, links and lists in the toolbar. Send opens your mail app; Copy formatted drops the whole thing, styling intact, into Gmail or Outlook. Scout never sends on your behalf.
