Draft a first-contact email in 30 seconds

Six templates for where the deal is. Pick the moment, add a line of context, read it, send it. Every draft is logged on the lead.

This guide is hands-on. Follow along in the app.
A free trial takes two minutes: 25 project views or 14 days, whichever comes first. No card.
  1. 1
    Set your signature once
Name, title, company, email, phone. It is appended to every draft from then on, so the emails read as yours.
  2. 2
    Pick the moment
From any lead, Draft email opens six templates: First contact, Follow up to meet, Follow up on quote, Confirm project start, Check-in, and Thank you. Scout drafts in that voice, with the project's details worked in.
  3. 3
    Steer it
Add a line of context (mention we did their neighbour's re-roof, we stock the same window line the plans call for) and it is worked in. Off tone? Re-draft.
  4. 4
    Send it yourself
Bold, italic, links and lists in the toolbar. Send opens your mail app; Copy formatted drops the whole thing, styling intact, into Gmail or Outlook. Scout never sends on your behalf.
TipEvery draft is recorded on the lead's activity, so you can see who you have reached out to and when, and Scout on your phone knows not to pitch the same builder again.
