Clear the bell every morning

The bell is the morning huddle: what changed overnight, sorted so you act instead of scroll. Start on Stale.

    Open the bell
    The badge shows what is waiting. Items group by Today, This week and Earlier, newest first.

    Filter to the signal
    All, Hot (new hot leads, deals heating up, deals at risk), Watchlist (a builder you track pulled something), Alerts, Calendar (what is coming up), and Stale (deals going cold and follow-ups due). A lead your manager assigned arrives here too.

    Act or snooze
    Click through to the lead, or snooze an item for a few hours so it comes back when you can deal with it. Handled items drop off.

Settings → Notifications controls what lands here: hot-lead and watchlist alerts, pipeline reminders, and the weekly digest. Turn on hot-lead alerts and any permit that scores Hot in your area lands in the bell on its own, no watchlist entry needed.

TipStart on Stale. A deal you already opened that is about to go cold is worth more than a brand-new pin.
